3 tbsp. | olive oil | 2 cloves | garlic, minced | 1/4 cup | thinly sliced, stemmed and drained peperoncini peppers (around 4 will do) | 3 tbsp. | chopped fresh oregano | 2 tsp. | minced lemon peel | 1/4 cup | dry white wine | 2 tbsp. | fresh lemon juice | 1 cup | clam juice or | | fish stock |

Einar, another great recipe. I would add just a sprinkle of parmesan cheese to top it off. Other than that... so easy and good!

Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a pan to medium high heat. Add the minced garlic and saute for one minute. Stir in peperoncini, oregano and lemon peel; saute for one minute. Add the wine, lemon juice and clam juice. Turn up the heat to high and reduce by about half. Pour over cooked pasta with cooked seafood like clams, shrimp or crab meat. Garnish with some chopped parsley and lemon slices.

Here is a wine sauce that I make when time is short. It is great on pasta with some cooked shrimp over the top. Looks like it took alot of time put it's just minutes.
