Ingredients
1 lb. | uncooked shrimp | 2 tbsp. | scallions chopped | 3 tbsp. | diced celery | 2 tbsp. | chopped parsley | 1-1/2 tsp. | lemon zest minced | 3 tbsp. | mayonnaise | 1 cup | dried cornbread crumbs (or bread crumbs) | 1 | egg beaten | | Salt & Pepper to taste | | Hot sauce to taste | 1 tbsp. | peanut oil |

Instructions
1. Cook & peel shrimp and chop (I put Old Bay Seasonig in water)
2. In a large bowl mix the shrimp with scallions, parsley, and the lemon zest. Stir in mayonnaise, cornbread crumbs and the beaten egg and beat with a wisk or wodden spoon until blended evenly. Season with Salt & Pepper and Hot Sauce
3. From into 4 patties and saute in peanut oil until both sides are browned. Drain on paper towel.
Serve on hamburger buns or choice of bread with lettuce, tomato and tartar sauce.

I wanted to try a new burger for dinner. So I found this one just to make something different. It came out pretty good and tasted real good. I even think the next time I will use lobster.
