Creamy Romano Dressing

A creamy dressing for salads or to use over pasta.

1/4 cup buttermilk
3 tbsp. fresh grated Romano or
Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste


Whisk together the buttermilk,cheese,mayo,vinegar,parsley,Dijon,Worcestershire and hot sauce. Season with the salt and pepper to taste.

Author's Comments

Great on Romaine Salad or cold pasta salad. You can add some minced garlic as well and even toasted pine nuts for a little crunch.
