1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic
4 cups plain sauce
1/2 cup vodka
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup fresh chopped basil
Salt and pepper

Instructions

In a sauté pan over medium heat, heat some olive oil and add your onion and garlic and sauté till soft and brown about 5 mins. Add your sauce, the vodka, and cream and cook for 20 mins. Take the sauce off the heat, add your basil, check the seasoning for salt and pepper. Boil some rigatoni, toss it with the sauce, and add some Grana Padana, or pecorino. Mangia Tutti.
