1 cup | sugar | 1/4 cup | salt | 2 tbsp. | celery seed | 2 tbsp. | ground cumin | 2 tbsp. | ground red pepper | 2 tbsp. | garlic powder | 2 tbsp. | Williams chili powder | 2 qt. | ketchup | 2 cups | apple vinegar | 1-1/2 tsp. | liquid smoke | 1 tsp. | lemon juice | 2 tsp. | lime juice |

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together sugar, salt, celery seed, cumin, red pepper, garlic powder and chili powder. Set aside.
In a large pot combine ketchup, vinegar, liquid smoke and lemon juice and lime juice. Add dry ingredients and mix until very well blended. Simmer over a low flame or on lowest setting on the stove for 1 hour.
Sauce may be stored in an airtight container in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks or in freezer up to 6 months.
