Ingredients
1 | zuchinni (or a bunch of yellow squash)peeled, diced (or you can use frozen) | 1 cup | chopped onion | 1 cup | mayonnaise | 3/4 cup | sour cream | 3 | lg. eggs | 1 cup | crushed cheese crackers | 1 env. (3/8 oz.) | env. buttermilk Ranch style salad dressing mix | 1 cup | sharp cheddar cheese | 1 tbsp. | chicken bouillon granules (left-over Ranch dip mix can be used) | 1 cup | soft bread crumbs (coated in melted butter) |

Instructions
Cook squash and onion together until tender, drain well.
Mix together remaining ingredients EXCEPT bread crumbs. When mixed well, add cooked squash and onion mixture, stir. Pour into greased baking dish.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
