Spring Pea Dip with artichokes & mint

This is a quick and easy recipe to make that you can frozen or fresh shelled peas in. |

Ingredients
2 cups | fresh shelled peas, blanched (Or 2 cups frozen peas thawed ) | 1/2 cup | drained marinated artichoke hearts, oil reserved | 1/4 cup | crumbled feta cheese | 3 | Tablespoons chopped fresh mint | 3 | Tablespoons fresh lemon juice | 1 | Tablespoon olive oil or | | tahini | 1 tsp. | minced garlic | | Salt and pepper to taste |

Instructions
In a food processer add the peas, artichokes hearts, 1 teaspoon saved oil from artichokes,feta cheese,mint,lemon juice olive oil or tahini and the garlic. Process until chunky and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and chill before serving.
