Ingredients
1 lb. | shrimp, cleaned and deveined | 2 tbsp. | garlic, minced | 1 tsp. | cayenne pepper | 1 tsp. | paprika | 1 tsp. | fresh parsley, chopped | 1 tsp. | dried thyme | 1 tbsp. | lemon juice | 2 tbsp. | olive oil | | Salt and pepper, to taste |

Instructions
1. Prepare the smoker and let it get to a high heat.
2. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Add the shrimp and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
3. Place the shrimp onto soaked wooden skewers.
4. Put the shrimp skewers on a rack in the now hot smoker. Let the shrimp smoke for 15 minutes.

I have made this alot and it is best served warm on a bed of warm rice! It also makes a great appetizer as well.
