Ingredients
1 cup | beer | 1/2 lb. | kielbasa sliced 1/2-inch thick | 1/2 lb. | Sweet Italian sausage sliced 1/2-inch thick | 1/2 lb. | Hot Italian sausage sliced 1/2-inch thick | 1/2 lb. | bockwurst sausage sliced 1/2-inch thick | 1/2 tsp. | hot sauce | 1 | sm. red onion, minced |

Instructions
In a wok pan (that's what I use when tailgating), over medium high heat cook the Italian sausage (both Sweet & Hot) for about 5 minutes until lightly brown; drain. Add the rest of the sausages and the onion and cook for about 5 more minutes. Turn the heat down to low and add the beer and the hot sauce. Let it simmer for 10 minutes stirring every couple of minutes. Pour it into a chafing dish or serve it in the wok pan.
