Never would of thought of using cumin in Home fries. Ryan great recipe! This is a real keeper in my cookbook.

Instructions
Heat olive oil in skillet on medium-low heat. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Add onions and spices, except garlic; cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook until garlic is browned, around 5 minutes. Serve.

You can add Provolone or Monterey Jack cheese for the final two minutes if you choose.
