Ingredients
1 cup | sour cream | 2 | whole scallions, thinly sliced | 1 tbsp. | fresh lemon juice | 1 tbsp. | fresh chives, chopped | 1 tsp. | fresh chives, chopped (for garnish) | 1/4 cup | red salmon caviar, drained and rinsed | 3 tbsp. | red salmon caviar (for garnish) |

I make a similar dip myself, caviar has to be one of my favourite foods of all :)

Instructions
Mix sour cream, scallions, lemon juice and 1 tbsp. chives in a medium bowl. Gently fold in 1/4 cup caviar. Tranfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (or up 1 day).
Sprinkle dip with remaining 1 tsp. chives and 3 tbsp. caviar. Serve with toast points, good crackers or raw vegetables.

This is easy to make and sounds like you spent a lot of money to get caviar! But you know better then that.
