Pumpkin Seed Crusted Pork Chops

4 | 12-oz. bone in pork chops. | 1 cup | flour. | 1 | egg beaten. | 1 cup | hulled pumpkin seeds, chopped | 3 | Tablesspoons olive oil | | Salt & pepper to taste. |

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Season pork chops with salt & pepper to taste.
Dredge chops in flour then dip in the beaten egg.
Roll the chops in the chopped pumpkin seeds and place on a platter.
Heat the olive oil in a pan at medium to medium high heat.
Brown the chops on each side in the pan for 2 - 3 minutes.
Transfer to a rack on a baking sheet and put in the middle of the preheated 400F. oven for about 20 minutes or until the internal temp. is 165F.

I was just playing around with the pumpkin seeds at home and thinking about something else to do with them besides just roasting them in the oven after we carve our pumpkins. So I thought lets give this a shot and it turned out pretty good and had a great taste to it.
