Ingredients
1/2 cup | good mayonnaise | 1/4 cup | plain yogurt | 2 tbsp. | tbsp.orange juice | | Zest of half an orange | 4 cups | of diced cooked chicken(I use roasted with skin off) | 1 cup | halved red seedless grapes | 3/4 cup | diced fennel bulb | 1/4 cup | toasted slivered almonds | 2 tbsp. | chopped fennel fronds | 1 tbsp. | chopped fresh tarragon | | Kosher salt & pepper to taste |

Instructions
Whisk mayonnaise,yogurt,orange juice and zest together in a bowl. Stir in the chicken, grapes, diced fennel, almonds, fennel fronds, and tarragon. Season to taste with kosher salt & pepper. Serve over a bed of greens or cover and chill.

I made this as a special where I work. People are now asking for it to be on the everyday menu. And it is quick to make.
