In a medium saucepan, carefully heat the whiskey over medium heat until it catches fire. Let the alcohol burn off, leaving about 1/2 a cup of whiskey reduced. Add butter, jalapenos, BBQ sauce, cayenne and the honey; let it simmer for about 1 hour. Stirring frequently. Pull off the heat and let cool to room temperature. You can store in bottles in the fridge for up 1 month.

OK Einar, How do you come up with this stuff? This was great! It had a sweet start with a nice bite at the end to it. I did some slow cooked ribs with it. I just can't wait to try it at home on chicken!
