1 lb. | ground hamburger (drained well) | 1 cup | potatoes | 1 cup | celery | 1 cup | onion | 1 can | V-8 juice | 1 can | beef broth | 1 can | chicken broth | 1 can | (lg.) chopped tomatoes. | | Add any other any vegies you wish |

Instructions
Season the meat and cook thoroughly. Drain well (I put my meat in the collander over the sink to get rid of the fat). Combine all ingredients. Cover and simmer for about an hour. Cook vegetables to desired firmness. Serve and enjoy!!!

I found this recipe when my son had to have some orthodontics work done, and they recomended some soups, and soft foods for him. He absolutely loves it, and what is neat about this recipe is that you can alter it anyway that you want.
