red chile flakes

Instructions
In a large bowl stir together garlic, minced herb, lemon zest, and 3 tablespoons oil, red pepper flakes and add shrimp. Marinate shrimp, covered and chilled, for 30-60 minutes.
Season the shrimp with salt and add the shrimp to the grill. Grill the shrimp 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until just cooked through. Remove to a plater, drizzle with olive oil, and serve a lemon on the side.

this is a great way to cook shrimp if you’re stuffing in flounder, Sea bass/ Cod/ etc or sauté and add a splash of wine to the cooking pan and reduce for great shrimp scampi.
Jim, just a note. I like your recipe for Grilled Shrimp, however, I believe if you check it out in a dictionary (Italian), the word for shrimp is Gamberetto, vice Gambetti which really means Gambit.
