IN A 4 QUART STAINLESS STEEL POT ADD BACON FAT AND ONION, SAUTE AT MEDIUM LOW HEAT UNTIL ONIONS CARAMELIZED OR GOLDEN BROWN, ABOUT 30 MIN..
