1 tbsp. | olive oil | 1/2 cup | chopped onion | 1/2 cup | diced carrot | 1 tsp. | Old Bay Seasoning | 1 bottle (8 oz.) | clam juice | 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) | chicken broth | 1-1/2 cup | shredded potato | 1 cup | frozen whole kernel corn | 1/2 lb. | cooked lobster meat, roughly chopped | 1/2 cup | whole milk | 1/2 tsp. | salt | 1/2 tsp. | white pepper | 1 dash | hot sauce, or | | to taste |

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and carrot; cook and stir for about 3 minutes. Add Old Bay Seasoning, clam juice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
Add potato and frozen corn. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the potato is tender, stirring several times. Stir in lobster, milk, salt, white pepper and hot sauce. Heat for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
