1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup diced carrot
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 bottle (8 oz.) clam juice
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1-1/2 cup shredded potato
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 lb. cooked lobster meat, roughly chopped
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 dash hot sauce, or
to taste

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and carrot; cook and stir for about 3 minutes. Add Old Bay Seasoning, clam juice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.

Add potato and frozen corn. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the potato is tender, stirring several times. Stir in lobster, milk, salt, white pepper and hot sauce. Heat for 2-3 minutes or until hot.

Here is a Lobster Chowder that is easy to make and does not take a long time to make.
