Ingredients
12 | whole fresh habanero chiles, stems removed | 1/2 cup | chopped onion | 2 cloves | garlic, minced | 1/2 cup | chopped carrots | 1/2 cup | white vinegar | 1/4 cup | fresh lime juice | 1 tbsp. | olive oil |

HOLY S--- this stuff is BAD TO THE BONE HOT. But it has great flavor too as well as being hot as hell! I can't wait to use it on my hot wings.

Instructions
Saute the onion and the garlic in the oil until soft about 3-4 minutes. Add the carrots with a small amount of water. Bring to a boil; reduce the heat and simmer until the carrots are soft.
Place the mixture and the chiles in a blender and puree until smooth. Combine the puree with the vinegar and the lime juice and simmer for 5 minutes to combine the flavors. Take off the burner and let cool.
Strain the mixture into sterilized bottles and seal.

If you are a chile head like me you can find all kinds of things for this. Just watch out while making it and wear gloves while handling the chiles. <br />
