Easy Crockpot Roast

A family favorite, this dish is rib-sticking good on a cold winter night!

1 3-5 lb. rump or
round or
bottom round roast
2 10 1/2 oz. can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup onion soup mix

Instructions

1. Trim roast to taste; score any excess fat.
2. Place into crockpot; cover with mushroom soup and onion soup mix.
3. Cook 1 and 1/2 hour per pound, or until tender
4. Allow meat to rest 30 minutes prior to carving. Strain gravy through a strainer. Serve.

Traditionally in my family, Lipton's onion soup mix is used to prepare this dish.
