Crockpot Chicken Breasts

Time

Yield

4 to 5 servings

Ingredients

Ingredients

4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom or
cream of onion soup
1 handful baby carrots
Garlic salt, to taste

Instructions

Sprinkle 4-5 thawed chicken breasts with garlic salt. Place breasts in crock pot, and pour the two cans of soup over the chicken, spreading around until chicken is fully covered. Cook on high for approximately 2 hours, then place carrots in crock pot. Cook for additional 2 hours, or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Occasionally stir soup around the chicken. Serve with mashed potatoes, and use your soup \"gravy\" to top.

Author's Comments

This recipe was given to me by a co-worker and is the most awasome painless recipe for chicken you can possibly imagine. The soups mixed with the chicken flavor make an awesome gravy for potatoes. The chicken can also be cooked frozen, but it takes at least 2 hours longer to cook from frozen. Hope you enjoy!

One of the best chicken recipes I've tried in a long time! Quick, easy and tasty. I also threw a big handful of sliced fresh mushrooms when I added the carrots. Awesome!
