Orance Sauce
| 1/2 cup | sugar | | 2 tbsp. | cornstarch | | 1 tsp. | salt | | 1-1/2 cup | boiling water | | 1 tbsp. | butter or | | margarine | | 1 tbsp. | grated orange rind | | 1/2 cup | orange juice | | 1 tbsp. | lemon juice |

Instructions
Combine biscuit mix and sugar; stir in eggs and milk. Add melted shortening, mixing well; fold in cranberries. Bake in a preheated waffle baker and serve with orange sauce.
Orange sauce:
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt; add to boiling water. Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in butter, orange rind, orange juice, and lemon juice.
