Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Adjust caps. Process for 15 minutes in a boiling-water bath.

Real good! When I use to live in PA, I got hooked on this stuff and always have been looking for a real good recipe for it. Thanks, now I don't need to look any more.
