Cole Slaw

Time

1	lg. head cabbage, finely chopped
1/2	onion, chopped
1-1/2 to 2 cup	sugar
1/2 tsp.	salt
1/2 tsp.	dry mustard
1	green pepper, finely chopped
1 cup	celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup	whit vinegar
1 tsp.	celery seed

Mix all ingredients and let stand for 24 hours in refrigerator. Will keep for up to 2 weeks.
