1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup chili sauce, bottled
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. ginger, grated
1 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 dashes hot sauce
2 lbs. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions

1. Mix the first 9 ingredients in a large bowl.

2. Wash and drain the shrimp.

3. Put the shrimp into the marinade,Cover and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

4. Place the shrimp on skewers and cook on a hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.

We made the Chili Shrimp last weekend out on the grill. Very Good! We ate them all then ran to the store to buy more shrimp to make more. And we also needed to get more beer too! We are going to keep this recipe on hand to make often.

We made this Chili shrimp on vacation last week while we were camping. Every one around the campsite could smell them on the grill and wanted to know what it was and could they have the recipe. They were OUT STANDING and went great with cold beer!
