1 box butter pecan cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup water
6 oz. butterscotch morsels
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box instant butterscotch pudding
8 oz. sour cream
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup oil

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except for morsels and nuts. Mix until smooth. Add morsels and nuts. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350°F for 50-60 minutes.

This cake is fantastic! This recipe came from my cousins who own their own restaurant; they'd shoot me if they knew I submitted this recipe!
