I made this sauce for some steaks last night. My husband went nuts for it! he even poured it over the baked potatoes I made. He now wants me to make it every time we do steaks.

Instructions
Heat oil in small pan heat to low temp.Add garlic and stir for a minute or two. Off heat add the brandy then add blue cheese and stir to blend. Re-heat to melt if need be.

We have also put it on grilled lobster and great on grilled green onions right off the grill.
