1/4 lb. blue cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, crushed
1-1/2 tbsp. brandy
1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

Heat oil in small pan heat to low temp.Add garlic and stir for a minute or two. Off heat add the brandy then add blue cheese and stir to blend. Re-heat to melt if need be.

We have also put it on grilled lobster and great on grilled green onions right off the grill.

Didn't have any brandy so we used a little bourbon. AWESOME! It even works great with red wine if you don't have any brandy.

This tasted wonderful, and was just what we were looking for to dress up a steak. However, some directions would be nice. It appears that just mixing the ingredients up is not the best way to go to mix this.

This is just what we tasted at a fine dining in sydney. i heated the garlic in some oil added the cheese and then vodka..and stirred till all melted and blended...TOTALLY amazing with anything and everything..AWESOME
