Instructions
In a pot saute the garlic in the olive oil. Add the salt, cayenne pepper, basil, pureed tomatoes and honey. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add the lime juice and red wine and blend well and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the chopped parsley.

I have used this on chicken and ribs & lamb before and during and after grilling. And boy what it does for beef!
