1/2 cup Coco Lopez
1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
2 ripe Bananas
2 fl. oz. white rum
2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

Add the Coco Lopez, Bailey's, bananas, rum and ice cubes into a blender. Blend on high speed until soothe and creamy. Pour in a highball glass and serve.

I asked the bartender on a cruise ship for this one. I had heard about it and wanted to try one.
