Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast
|Here is a quick and easy recipe. It adds a smoky taste to the chicken. And what is not good with bacon in it?|
|6 ||skinless boneless chicken breast.|
|1/4 cup ||of coarse ground mustard.|
|Black pepper to taste.|
|18 slices ||of bacon.|

Pat chicken breast dry with paper towel.
Spread both sides of the six chicken breast with the coarse ground mustard and season with black pepper to taste.(No need to salt with the bacon)
Take three slices of the bacon and spread them out on a plate or work surface slightly overlapping.Wrap the chicken breast with the bacon a bit tight and run a tooth pick through to seal. Repeat with the rest of the chicken breast.
Put chicken breast in a roasting pan or sheet tray in a preheated 375. oven for 25-30 minutes. Or until the bacon is crisp and brown and the chicken breast are cooked through. Remove from oven and let rest for up to 10 minutes. Remove the tooth picks and garnish and serve.
We sometimes make a light white wine sauce with a little lemon juice in it with some sliced mushrooms over it.
