Ingredients
2 | baking apples, pared, cored and thinly sliced | 2 | pears, pared, cored and thinly sliced | 1-1/2 cup | grapes, halved and seeded | 2 tbsp. | flour | 1/2 cup | brown sugar, packed | 1/2 tsp. | cinnamon | 1 tbsp. | orange juice |
Topping
1 cup | flour | 1 tsp. | baking powder | 1/4 tsp. | salt | 1/4 cup | sugar | 1 | egg, slightly beaten | 1/4 cup | milk | 1/4 cup | butter or | | margarine, melted | 1 tsp. | fresh orange rind, grated |

I make the cobbler on the weekend for a dinner with friends and it was wonderful! This is going in my 'favorite recipes' folder and I am sure will be enjoyed by my family and friends for years to come. Thanks so much for sharing it.

Instructions
Combine apples, pears and grapes. Add flour. brown sugar, cinnamon and orange juice; mix well.
Turn into a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 425°F.
Spoon Topping over baked fruit; spread evenly over top. Bake 30 minutes longer, or until top is golden brown.
Topping:
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. In another bowl, beat together eggs, milk, melted butter and orange rind. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir well.
