1 can (1 lb.) drained chickpeas or
garbanzo beans
2 avocados, peeled and sliced
2/3 cup prepared Italian dressing
Lettuce leaves
2 tbsp. sliced black olives
2 tbsp. pimiento strips

Instructions

In a small mixing bowl, pour dressing over beans and avocados. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes or until ready to serve. To serve, arrange vegetables on lettuce leaves. Garnish with olives and pimiento strips.
