    | 1-1/3 tbsp.  | vegetable oil |  | 4 cloves  | garlic |  | 1 lb.  | ground turkey |  | 1 cup  | canned tomatoes |  | 2 tsp.  | chili powder |  | 1 tsp.  | ground cumin |  | 1/4 tsp.  | hot sauce |  | 8 oz.  | can chili beans |  | 1 cup  | minced onion |  | 1 cup  | minced celery |  | 1 cup  | minced green pepper |  | 1 cup  | V-8 juice |  | 1/2 tsp.  | salt |  | 1/4 tsp.  | pepper |

Instructions
In 4-quart saucepan, heat oil and saute onions and garlic for 5 minutes. In nonstick skillet, saute turkey until done. Add to remaining ingredients, except for beans. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add drained beans and heat 5 to 10 minutes. Extra water may be added if desired.
