3 cups | cooked rice | 3 tbsp. | oil | 1 cup | chopped walnuts | 2 | green bell peppers, sliced | 3 | carrots, sliced diagonally | 2 cups | chicken meat, cut into strips | 2 tbsp. | cornstarch | 1 tsp. | sugar | 1/2 tsp. | salt | 1/2 tsp. | ginger | 1/2 tsp. | red pepper flakes | 3 tbsp. | soy sauce | 4 | green onions, sliced diagonally |

Instructions
Prepare rice according to package directions so that you end up with 3 cups cooked rice. Stir-fry nuts in hot oil until golden; remove from pan. Stir-fry green peppers and carrots until crisp tender; remove and set aside. Stir-fry chicken. Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt, red pepper and soy sauce. Add to chicken in pan along with walnuts, and vegies. Toss together until thoroughly coated. Serve over rice.
