1 lb. beef soup bones
1 can (14 oz.) tomatoes
2 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 md. onions, dliced
2 md. potatoes, diced
3 cups water
1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
3 beef bullion cubes
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions

Put all ingredients into crock-pot. Cover. Cook on low for 8-12 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. Add the package of vegetables in the last two hours of cooking.
