Ingredients
| 3 cups | turkey (or chicken or | | ham), diced and cooked | | 2 cups | hard boiled eggs, chopped | | 1 can (4 oz.) | sliced mushrooms | | 3/4 cup | celery, diced | | 1/2 cup | almonds, slivered and blanched | | 1 tbsp. | onion, chopped | | 1 can | cream of chicken soup | | 3/4 cup | mayonnaise | | Chow mein noodles or | | crushed potato chips |

Instructions
Mix the first six ingredients togather. Stir the soup into the mayonnaise. Toss with turkey mixture. Put into a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles or crushed potato chips. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
