Turkey Barley Tomato Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. | lean ground turkey | 3/4 cup | sliced carrots | 1 | md. onion,chopped | 1 clove | garlic, minced | 1 stalk | celery, chopped | 1 pkg. | reduced sodium taco seasoning | 3-1/2 cup | water | 1 can (28) | diced tomatoes, undrained | 3/4 cup | barley | 1/8 tsp. | oregano |

Instructions
In a medium sized pot, cook turkey, carrots, onion, celery, garlic and 1 teaspoon taco seasoning over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain well. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until barley is tender.
