Tuna-Tomato Pie

1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained
1 md. tomato, seeded and chopped
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped or
1 tsp. dried basil
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper


Heat oven to 400°F. In greased 9-inch pie plate scatter tuna, tomato, cheese and basil. In medium bowl stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended; pour into pie plate. Bake about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Serve.
