Ingredients
3/4 lb. | rotelle pasta | 2 cans | albacore tuna, solid white, packed in water, and drained | 1/2 cup | sun-dried tomatoes packed in olive oil, chopped | 2 to 3 cups | frozen cauliflower, broccoli and carrots | 1 cup | non-fat plain yogurt | 1/2 cup | grated Parmesan cheese | 2 tsp. | garlic powder | 1 tsp. | pepper, freshly ground |

Instructions
Boil noodles in large pot. While noodles are boiling, prepare sun dried tomatoes and parmesian cheeese. Add vegtables in with boiling pasta, when only 2 minutes until pasta is done. Drain pasta and vegtable mix; return to pot. Add sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, pepper, and tuna. Flake tuna into mixture with a fork. Mix thoroughly. Add parmesian and yogurt. Serve immeadiately.
You may warm the mix on low heat for 1-2 minutes if desired.
