1 lb. egg noodles
12 oz. tuna
14-1/2 oz. peas and carrots
10-3/4 oz. cream mushroom soup
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
16 crackers

Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package directions; drain. Mix tuna, peas and carrots, soup, cheese and sour cream together in a medium bowl. Add noodles and soup mixture to a 13x9-inch casserole dish; mix well. Top with crushed crackers. Cover and bake in 425°F oven for 30 minutes.
