Cut and pit the Avocado. With a spoon scoop out the inside and put it into a bowl. Dice the tomatoes, garlic, and onion, add to the bowl. Use a fork and mash together the ingredients in the bowl. Squeeze the lime into the bowl then stir again. Top with the Parsley, then serve.

I have made this recipe in Mexico for my family a number of times, and there are never any leftovers, add more or less ingredients as you please.
