1 banana
100g/3.5oz pineapple
Juice from 1/2 orange
480ml/16fl oz soya milk

Instructions

1.Peel and chop the banana then chop the pineapple into small chunks.
2.Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth, creamy and delicious.
