Marinade
1/4 cup | pineapple juice | 1 tbsp. | soy sauce | 1 tbsp. | cornstarch | 3/4 lb. | flank steak cut into 1/2 in cubes |
Sauce
1/4 cup | pineapple juice | 1 tbsp. | oyster sauce | 1 tbsp. | sweet chili sauce | 1 tbsp. | veggie oil | 1/2 | cucumber, cubed | 1 | tomato, cubed | 1/2 | onion, cubed | 1/2 cup | pineapple chunks | 1/2 | mango, cubed | 1 tsp. | cornstarch dissolved into 1 tbsp. water |

Instructions
Let steak marinade at least 10 minutes, then sear beef. Add vegatables and cook till tender. Next, add the pineapple then boil. Slowly stir cornstarch into mixture, cooking until thickened.
