Tomato and Cucumber Salad

6 md. firm tomatoes
3 cucumbers, each 4 to 5 inches, peeled
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 md. onion
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp. sunflower or
corn oil

Instructions

De-stem the tomatoes, quarter them and place in a large bowl. Slice the cucumbers and the onion and combine with the oil and sour cream in the bowl. Sprinkle with the dill as you serve. Chill and serve.
