1 can (1 lb.) refried black beans

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup mexican style shredded cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 tbsp. sliced pitted ripe olives
1 lg. bag of blue corn tortilla chips is great for this


Mix together beans and essence. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.

Layer all remaining ingredients except chips over bean mixture; cover. Refrigerate three hours or until chilled.

reworked a recipe from moms kitchen, sure it came from someone else but shes not sure who. she really likes mine better, but you know moms, they always like your stuff best no matter how it tastes ;-)
