Ingredients

12 cans diced and peeled tomatoes
6 bell peppers (assorted colors), chopped
2 lg. onions
1/4 to 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
5 to 7 tbsp. minced garlic
3 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 to 10 hot peppers of your choice
1/2 bottle Tabasco sauce

Instructions

Put all ingredients into a large stock pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling reduce heat and simmer until peppers are close to being tender. Ladle into prepared jars and put lids on them. Boil 1/2 a large stock pot of water. Once boiling place jars in water and process for 15-20 minutes.
