Ingredients
12 cans | diced and peeled tomatoes | 6 | bell peppers (assorted colors), chopped | 2 | lg. onions | 1/4 to 1/2 bunch | fresh cilantro | 5 to 7 tbsp. | minced garlic | 3 tbsp. | sugar | | Salt and pepper, to taste | 8 to 10 | hot peppers of your choice | 1/2 bottle | Tabasco sauce |

Instructions
Put all ingredients into a large stock pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling reduce heat and simmer until peppers are close to being tender. Ladle into prepared jars and put lids on them. Boil 1/2 a large stock pot of water. Once boiling place jars in water and process for 15-20 minutes.
