3 lbs. ground chuck
2 lg. onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
2 cans (1-3/4 lb. each) diced tomatoes, undrained
3 cans (1 lb. each) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions

Combine ground chuck, onions and garlic; cook until; meat is browned. Drain well. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Cover and simmer one hour, stirring occasionally. Add beans and simmer an additional 20 minutes. Offer your guests diced raw onion, jalapeno slices, and shredded cheddar cheese as toppings,
