Bake pie crust for 5 minutes in 350°F oven (so bottom of Quiche will not be soggy). Mix above ingredients and pour into the prepared pie crust. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
The great thing about this Quiche recipe is that you can add any kind of meat, vegetables, or cheese to it and it is still great tasting! I have added spinach, mushrooms, peppers, shrimp, chicken, mozzarella, tomatoes, etc. Enjoy!
