Swordfish with Herby Mayo Marinade

| 1 lb. | swordfish steaks | | 1/4 cup | mayonnaise | | 1 tbsp. | red wine vinegar | | 1/2 tsp. | dried oregano | | 1/2 tsp. | dried basil | | 1/4 tsp. | garlic powder | | Salt and black pepper to taste |

Instructions
In a plastic zipper bag, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, oregano, basil, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Add the swordfish steaks and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Grill or saute in a little olive oil over high heat for approximately 5 to 7 minutes per side or until fish is browned a bit and cooked but not dry; it really depends on the thickness of the steaks.
