2 tsp. Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp. blueberries
1 tbsp. raspberries
1 tsp. pomegranate

Instructions

1.Place the sliced sweet potato in the toaster or under the grill until it has cooked through.
2.Top with the Greek yoghurt and fruit to serve.
